Little Bit Lavish Review

Little Bit Lavish Review

Hey Lovelies!

Today I want to chat to you about an amazing beauty box that I was very kindly sent to review from the absolute babes over at Little Bit Lavish. They sent me their limited edition November “Wakey Wakey” box, and let me tell you, the beautiful assortment of products definitely awakened my skin and senses!

The box contained a multi tasking face mask and scrub, a beautifully scented balm, a shower steamer, a body was and to top it off, a tasty little flapjack from Stoats- because all of that pampering is hungry work!

Without a doubt my favourite product in the box was the Miss Patisserie Wake Shower Steamer. If you’ve met me you’ve probably heard me moan that we swapped out our bath for a power shower and as fantastic as it is, I do miss going into lush and going cray with bath bombs. But this beautiful bar is essentially a bath bomb for the shower; you leave it on the floor of the shower while you do ya thing and it melts away, releasing gorgeous scents that really awaken the senses and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The Evolve Organic Citrus Blend Aromatic Body Wash is one of the nicest shower products I’ve ever used, it smells beautiful and my skin felt amazing after using it… definitely a lavish treat (see what I did there?)

Then for the little multi-tasker from Skin &Tonic. You can mix the find powder with water to create a scrub or with yogurt/ honey to create a mask- there’s even a cute lil’ bowl for mixing! Whilst I haven’t tried this product as a mask, I did use it as a scrub and my skin felt incredible afterwards. Usually, when masks claim to be “gentle” I’ve often found that they’re not gentle at all. However, this was incredibly gentle and it brought out a lot of badness that seems to have been building in my skin for a while now!

As for the Balm Balm Rose Geranium Face Balm, I am OBSESSED. It smells like turkish delight, i.e it smells incredible and it’s super nourishing. Although it says on the front of the packaging that this is a face balm, it also says that it can be used on any dry areas which I personally prefer. I have to be careful what I use n my face because not everything agrees with it and this wasn’t the best match with my face but I think its amazing for places like the elbows, knees, and those awkward bits between your ankle/ foot (you know, the bit that false tan ALWAYS sticks to?)

Now I would like to say that I enjoyed a good pamper and topped it off with the Stoats Raspberry & Honey Porridge Oat Bar but that was not the case. Instead I enjoyed my snack whilst reading about all of the other products in the box and I have to say it was delicious!

I’m sure you can probably tell this but I basically love this box, it definitely lives up to its name and I love the way that the products tie in together to create an experience! Little Bit Lavish do have monthly boxes that you can order as a one off but you can also choose a subscription plan so that you never miss a box!

I really urge you to check them out, give them a follow on INSTAGRAM and definitely let me know what you think if you’ve tried this box or if you try any of the others!

Thank you so much for reading

Is it bad that my eyes went straight to the oat bar. Always thinking about food…
Love how cute this box looks though, I haven’t ordered any in ages. May have to change that soon!
